Truck came in for derate and the work was done under warranty. This review is for whoever was working on the truck. They didn’t replace the interior pieces nor reconnect the Trimble black box near the CB. I guess instead of logging out of the ELD, let’s just disconnect the black box which didn’t make a difference and still logged the yard moves. Another thing that irked me was how certain devices prevent you from verifying a repair supposedly, but a brand new set of craftsman 6 point wrenches behind the driver’s seat vanished. Cant comment on the price paid.

INCOMPETENT. Complete waste of money (and time). With the intention of building a relationship with a local repair facility, one that's open beyond banker's hours, I sent my preELD 379EXHD here a few times. We tried a couple of simple service visits, which cost way more than they were worth. When we actually needed them to locate and solve a problem they couldn't because they are incapable. They just kinda wandered around the truck for a couple of hours, billed me nearly $500, and said, duh, we can't figure it out. They literally charged me for wasting our time. This place has been a total waste of time and money!

We purchased out truck from Jx truck center in Wisconsin and the experience was not the best. The Kalamazoo team redeemed the company for us today. Amanda John the tech and John in parts helped us out so much tonight we are truly greatful. They resolved the issue we had and the viibe of the entire team was simply amazing. Even though we didn’t purchase from jx Kalamazoo this will be our go to when we are in the area… Thank you guys so much
